With the Bluetooth® RS232 adapter by LinTech you can replace conventional RS232 cable connections (serial V.24 connections) by a wireless Bluetooth® data connection. Another Bluetooth® device serves as remote station (e.g. a Bluetooth® USB Stick) which builds up a connection to the RS232 Adapter (slave) via the Bluetooth® serial port profile.

This way you can build up wireless connections for the serial interface without problems, e.g. between a PC and peripheral devices such as e.g. measuring devices, modems, printers and other devices with an RS232 interface. The connected devices do not have to be modified and no Bluetooth® device drivers are required - the complete Bluetooth® software is already integrated.
